| How To Order |

For Online processing of order, please follow the steps by clicking on our online store and fill the necessary columns as shown in the website and submit the order. For others, place your order clearly indicating the item code, quantity required of each product, your name and mailing address and mail/courier to us. Order must be accompanied by payment.

| Terms Of Delivery- Means And Period |

The order you have made through our website will be processed within two working days and it will be dispatched through international registered air mail. The duration of the delivery will largely depend on the international mailing system. Under normal circumstances it will reach you within a couple of weeks after dispatch of order. In case if you prefer to receive it by courier or speed post, you can do so by paying an extra amount of USD 15.00 for the transaction below USD 50.00 and USD 25.00 for the transaction above USD 100.00. Please fill the correct and complete mailing address so that goods reach you quickly and with no hindrances. Please remember order will be processed only after receipt of payment.

| Cancellation Of Orders |

Men-Tsee-Khang Exports will not be bound to accept cancellation of the order once the order is booked at Post office or handed over to the courier service provider. If the buyers chose to cancel the order, Men-Tsee-Khang Exports will have the right to forfeit the advance against such orders.

Men-Tsee-Khang Exports will not be responsible for any loss/damage in transit once the order is booked and sent out of Delhi, India jurisdiction or handed over to the purchaser's local forwarding agent. In case of disputes, the matter will be settled as per the Indian Arbitration Act.
